Dwight Seoul BJEDI (Belonging, Justice, Equity, Diversity, Inclusion) Statement
At Dwight Seoul, an international school, our unwavering commitment is to foster an inclusive community that celebrates diversity, upholds equity and justice, and cultivates a deep sense of belonging. We continuously review and develop transparent policies, procedures, and practices, ensuring they are applied unconditionally, regardless of ability, race, national origin, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, sex, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, physical appearance or culture, and extended to all community members.
Our collective aim is to provide an educational environment where every individual is valued, respected, and empowered to thrive, uniting us in our pursuit of excellence and a more inclusive world. In accordance with IBO philosophy, we stand against “racism, prejudice, discrimination and marginalization” wherever we can (IBO, 2023).
